Please be as descriptive as possible in your message, for example 'where can I get a Gold card?', 'abandoned car vandalised on Eastmoor' or 'when is Sharley Park Leisure Centre open?'

Your message will go directly to our Customer Services Team who will arrange for the appropriate action to be taken. A text message will be sent back to let you know what this action will be.
How much will my text message cost to send?
The cost of sending a text message depends on your mobile phone tariff, but we don't make any additional charge.
