We know how confusing it can be when it comes to who provides your local services, is it the County Council or the District Council, and who should you contact?
That's why we've produced a handy guide to help point you in the right direction.
The A to Z of Services will be delivered to all households across the District during November, and lists just about every local service you can think of, from Abandoned Vehicles to Young People's Services! There's even a pull out guide to who to contact at Rykneld Homes.
The guide will tell you what services are provided, who to ring and details of useful web pages where you can find out further details or even do business online. There's a list of Useful Numbers, Useful Addresses and an essential Emergency Numbers page, so keep it somewhere handy - you never know when you might need it!
