One of the ways we can inform residents is through the press releases that we issue to the press and media. The Press Office issues 4 press releases every week.
All our news releases can be accessed, free-of-charge, on the internet.
We try to post any press release that we produce on our website within 2 days. Read our News Releases.
Press Enquiries
NEDDC's Press Office deals with over 300 enquiries from journalists every year.
Our policy is for all non-political media enquiries to be routed through the Press Office.
Our Local Magazine
'the NEWS' is our quarterly magazine and is sent to every household in the District. It’s a way of informing residents about what is happening at the Council and what is coming soon.
