How can I find information?
There are 4 main ways to find information on this website.
Search Box
You can enter a keyword into the search box on the left-hand side of the page. The results will be listed according to how closely they match your search criteria. In addition to the Simple Search, an Advanced Search is available which allows you to include and exclude results according to various fields. A-Z links
You can also use the A-Z links at the top of the page. For example, if you want information on 'Abandoned Vehicles', click on the 'A', which will bring up a list of all the services supplied by both NEDDC and Derbyshire County Council that begin with an A. You can then link to the 'Abandoned Vehicles' information pages, get more information, find contact details and contact us online.
Website Navigation Box
You can use the website menu box on the left-hand side of the webpage. By clicking on one of our service areas (such as 'Advice and Benefits'), you will be taken to a page showing all the different sections within that service area. Then, if you click on one of these section headings, you will be taken to a page showing all the webpages relating to that section, and clicking on the link you require will take you to that webpage.
Sitemap
The website also has a Sitemap. This is available through a link at the top of the webpage and provides a map showing where all pages in the website are located.

Website Mission Statement
North East Derbyshire District Council seeks to provide the widest possible access to Council services through the NEDDC Website which will aim to:
- Support the greatest possible use of Council services by the local community
- Be clear and understandable and easy to access
- Provide up to date information about Council Services and other agencies in the community
- Promote the district of North East Derbyshire, including its’ many small towns and villages, such as Clay Cross, Killamarsh, Eckington and Dronfield.
