Availability
North East Derbyshire District Council aims to ensure its corporate website www.ne-derbyshire.gov.uk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On occasion it may be necessary to carry out essential maintenance and the website will be unavailable at these times although we aim to minimise these disruptions as much as possible. Our aim is to exceed 98% availability.
Monitoring
In order to monitor the availability of our website services we use SiteAlarm to ensure the site is performing properly. Our most recent website availability statistics will demonstrate site performance and usability over the last 3 months, although this is a new function and it will take some time to build up a history of data and statistics.

Our website statistics show site activity and visitor numbers and are published at the end of every month, these can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
At the beginning of 2008, we have begun to use a new, and what we hope will be a more accurate system for collecting our website visitor statistics. Again, you can download these from the foot of this page.
