- This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over excluding North East Derbyshire District Council employees or their immediate family.
- Only one entry per household is allowed.
- Proof of sending is not proof of our receipt of entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
- All entries must be posted to the Communications and Marketing Team, North East Derbyshire District Council, Council House, Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LF or submitted on the appropriate online entry form.
- All entries must be received by the closing date stated in the competition details.
- Any entry which is late, incomplete, illegible or otherwise does not comply with the rules will not be accepted.
- The winner(s) will be chosen at random from the correct entries and will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date.
- No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request, but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- By entering the competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and instructions and to be bound by them.
