Fraud Report Form

If you think that someone is committing Council Tax or Benefit fraud please tell us.

 
You can download our Fraud Report Form at the bottom of this page and either send it to us online or print it out and post it back to us.
 
Whichever method you choose, your information will be treated in the strictest confidence. We take all allegations of fraud seriously and, although we can't give you any feedback on the information you send us, you can be sure that your concerns will be addressed.

How to submit the fraud report form online:

1. Open the file at the bottom of the page.

2. Complete as much of the information as you can.

3. Save the file to a convenient place on your computer.

4. Use the 'Browse' button to find the file you have just saved.
5. Click on 'Send Information'.

The file will be sent to us electronically and, unless you tell us, we will not know your identity.
