How to pay Council Tax and Business Rates
Council Tax and Business Rates are payable in monthly instalments which are shown on your bill. There are a variety of ways to pay your bill, please choose an option to see more details:

Queries Regarding Bills
If you have any query about paying your bill, please contact the Revenues Team using the contact details below.
You can visit our Saltergate office from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays. You do not need to make an appointment as we operate a 'drop-in' system. However, if you prefer to make an appointment just give us a ring.
Please note, our cash desk at the Saltergate office is only open between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
