Paying at the Bank
You can pay over the counter at any Bank, but the Bank may charge you a fee for this service.
Complete a Bank Giro Transfer slip with the following details:

Account Name - NEDDC General Account
Remember to quote your account reference number from your bill so that we know who the payment belongs to when it arrives.
Please allow at least 5 working days for your payment to reach the Council.
