Procurement Strategy
North East Derbyshire District Council has produced a Procurement Strategy. The strategy will provide a framework for the Council to achieve Best Value in all its procurement activities.
The strategy addresses all aspects of procurement activity including: identifying need; considering options; procuring goods, services and works; effective supply chain and contract management and the disposal of assets.
A copy of the strategy is available to download below, if you have any queries please contact our Procurement Team (details at the foot of this page).
Freedom of Information
The Council has a duty under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to respond to requests for information. This may require disclosure of information that is part of a tender/contracting process.
We are mindful of the potential commercial risks to our suppliers in the disclosure of information. To find out about how the Freedom of Information Act may affect the contracting and/or tendering process, we have produced a guide which can be downloaded from the foot of this page.
