CHART LSP Theme Steering Group.

The CHART Local Strategic Partnership has a Theme Steering Group (formerly the Co-ordinating Group) which is made up of lead Officers from the Local Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, Organisations and Agencies and also includes five Community Representatives. The Chairs of the Theme Groups report back to this group on the progress that they are making.
