Better Care, Higher Standards
This Charter has been written in partnership with Derbyshire County Council, Primary Care Trusts and the District/Borough Council Housing Departments in Derbyshire.
The Charter aims to be a source of information for anyone over the age of 18 who has problems associated with old age, long-term illness or disability. If you or someone you know are struggling because of such situations you will find the 'Better Care, Higher Standards' booklet useful.
- It will tell you something of the services that may be available to help you
- Explain how you can get those services
- Let you know what you can do if things go wrong.
