What Estates Management Service does the Council provide?

 
The Council owns land and premises that it lets out for industrial, commercial, recreational and domestic uses.  More details of the range of properties and reasons for holding them can be obtained from the Asset Management Plan produced by the Council, to find out more about this please contact the Estates Management Team - details at the foot of this page.
 
The Estates and Valuation Service manage land and premises let out or leased in by the Council. This does not include Council Housing and enquiries for these properties please go to the Housing Advice section.
 
The Estates Management Service covers marketing, agreeing terms of letting, arranging repairs, rent assessments and raising rent invoices.  For enquiries about the service, please contact the team (details below).
 
The service is not available to the general public for privately owned property.  However, if you would like to access the Estates Management Services, then please visit the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors website.

Who do I contact about any repairs or other enquiries relating to the property I occupy?
