CPA Inspection January 2008 - Self Assessment Documents
We were inspected by the Audit Commission for a new CPA rating in January 2008.
As part of this, we submitted a self assessment to the Audit Commission setting out our achievements since we were last inspected, and our future direction.
This self assessment tells the story of a transformational organisation that has travelled a three-year road of challenge, scrutiny and improvement – and our progress during that time has been remarkable.
Below are the individual files for our self assessment. There is the self assessment document itself (the first in the list), and then the individual case studies for each area or service.
