My name is Councillor Nick Foster and I am a North East Derbyshire District Councillor representing Dronfield South Ward.
I was first elected to the District Council in 1987-1991, again in 1995-2007 and again in May 2011 and represent the Labour Party. I have served in various capacities on the Council, as Chair of Finance and Chair of Scrutiny Committees'.
I am married with two grown up sons and am a keen walker and allotment holder.
I have lived in Dronfield for almost 40 years and have been involved in a variety of local clubs and activities during that time. I have also served on Dronfield Town Council for 17 years and served as its Leader for 11 years and was Mayor of Dronfield in 1997-1998.
