My name is Frank Higgins and I am a North East Derbyshire District Councillor representing Gosforth Valley Ward.
I was elected in 1999 and represent the Liberal Democrat Party.

A bit about me...
I have lived in Dronfield since 1975 and am married with 2 sons and grandchildren.
As well as being a District Councillor I am the Leader of Dronfield Council and am involved in the Town Twinning Committee activities with our twin town in Germany, Sindelfingen.
My interests include being involved in projects for young people and the elderly.
I work in sales and training.
