My name is Councillor Janet Hill and I am a North East Derbyshire District Councillor representing Unstone Ward.
I was elected in 2011 and represent the Labour Party.

A bit about me...
I am married with four grown up children and seven grandchildren. I have lived in Dronfield for 15 years but have had family connections to the Dronfield area for over 40 years.
I have been an Unstone Parish Councillor for over 12 years, I was also a Derbyshire County Councillor from 2001 until 2009. I work part-time in Dronfield at a local newsagent. I am School Governor at Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School, I have held this position for nine years.
At the moment I am Vice-Chair on the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods Scrutiny Committee and a Member of the Planning Committee.
