My name is Bill Pickford and I am a North East Derbyshire District Councillor representing the Wingerworth Ward.
I was elected in 1991-95 and 1999 and represent the Conservative Party.

A bit about me...
I am married with a son, a daughter and 2 grandchildren and have lived in Wingerworth since 1973. After my National Service in the Grenadier Guards, I spent 31 years with Derbyshire Police.
I am now Chairman of the Grenadier Guards Comrades Association and President of the Wingerworth Welcome Club for over 60's. At present I am also elected to the local Parish Council, and the Derby Police Authority.
