My name is Councillor Tracy Reader and I am a North East Derbyshire District Councillor representing Clay Cross North Ward.
I was elected in 2011 and represent the Labour Party.

A bit about me ...
I was born in 1979 and have lived in Clay Cross and Danesmoor all my life. I am married and live with my husband and children in Clay Cross.
I went to Danesmoor Infants' School, Clay Cross Junior School and Tupton Hall School before moving on to Chesterfield College to qualify in 1998 with an NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing and GNVQ in Health and Social Care.
I am currently studying at Sheffield Hallam University for a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Early Years which I am due to complete in December 2011. I am currently a School Governor at Sharley Park Primary and Tupton Hall Schools and a member of Clay Cross Parish Council.
I work for Derbyshire County Council as a Children's Centre Worker.
