Are you under 19 and living in North East Derbyshire?
Did you know that you are eligible to vote in elections once you are 18 years of age, and that you can register vote before you turn 18?
Lots of young people don't know that they have the right to vote in their local Parish, District and County Council elections as well as voting in Parliamentary elections (known as 'general' elections) to elect their local MP and also for their MEPs in European elections.
You can register to vote from your 16th birthday onwards and we will automatically send you a polling card for any elections that come up after your 18th birthday. That means that you won't miss any chance of having your say!
So, what are you waiting for?
Will you be voting in the next election?
