Planning
This page provides access to information about the Planning Committee, its members, meetings and minutes.
The relevant documents for each meeting of the Planning Committee can be found by using the menu on the left. These will be available to view 5 days ahead of the meeting to which they refer. The minutes of the meetings will be available within one week of the meeting having taken place. The meetings are organised in date order with the most recent meeting at the top.
The Conditions Guide explains the Standard Conditions used when applicants are granted planning permission and referred to in the reports.
At the moment some documents on the Committee agendas may only be available in hard copy form. Where this is the case, you will be able to request a hard copy by contacting the Word Processing Unit, Corporate Services at the Council House - details can be found below.
