Our Forward Plan
The Council is required by law to publish each month a Forward Plan which contains all the key decisions which the Council expects to make over the following 4 months. The plan is rolled forward every month.
The definition of a key decision, as given in the Council's Constitution, is an Executive decision which is likely:
- to result in the Authority incurring expenditure which is, or the making of savings which are, significant having regard to the Authority's budget for the service or function to which the decision relates; or
- to be significant in terms of its effects on communities living or working in an area comprising two or more wards within the district.
Any interested party can make representations to the appropriate decision taker as shown in the Plan.
