This page provides access to information about the Planning Committee, its members, meetings and minutes.
The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Planning Committee will be appointed at the Annual Council Meeting on 23 May 2011.
The relevant documents for each meeting of the Planning Committee can be found by using the menu on the left. These will be available to view 5 days ahead of the meeting to which they refer. The minutes of the meetings will be available within one week of the meeting having taken place. The meetings are organised in date order with the most recent meeting at the top.
At the moment some documents on the Committee agendas may only be available in hard copy form. Where this is the case, you will be able to request a hard copy by contacting the Corporate Support Unit, Corporate Services at the Council House - details can be found below.
