Due to the removal of Government funding, grants to help with repairs are no longer available from the Council.
We are currently working towards setting up partnerships with third party providers of financial assistance to give repayable loans. More information will be displayed on this page when the partnerships have been finalised.
In the meantime if you would be interested in a loan for repairs, or can afford some repairs yourself, then please contact the North Derbyshire Home Improvement Agency (details below) for an initial chat. They will take your details and may be able to help you with finding alternative funding or an approved tradesmen so that you can get essential repairs done.
North East Derbyshire District Council tenants should contact Rykneld Homes to discuss improvements or repairs to Council properties.
