We license and regulate individuals and businesses across North East Derbyshire to make sure that the people and animals of the district stay safe and healthy.
We deal with pub, theatre, cinema and taxi licences. We also regulate amusements, fundraising, piercing/tattooing, and businesses involving animals.

Licensing Act 2003
You can use our online Licence Register Search to see details of the licences we've issued under the Licensing Act 2003 - this is the law that regulates the sale of alcohol, provision of entertainment and late night refreshments.
