The North East Derbyshire District Council (Clay Cross Town Centre) Compulsory Purchase Order 2008
The Public Inquiry with regard to the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) and Side Roads Order took place on Tuesday 25th November in the George Stephenson Room at Coney Green Business Centre, Clay Cross.

A copy of the order and of the accompanying map and all the Core Documents may be inspected at all reasonable hours at North East Derbyshire District Councils’ offices at Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LF.
