Appeals by Derbyshire Wind Energy Limited rejected
A Planning Inspectorate public inquiry into the above appeals have been rejected by a Planning Inspectorate public inquiry.
The Planning Inspector delivered her decision on 22 April 2010 - ruling that the application would cause 'unacceptable harm' to the local landscape.

Plans and other details of the proposed wind farm can be inspected at the offices of Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock DE4 3NN or North East Derbyshire District Council, Council House, Saltergate, Chesterfield, S40 1LF during normal office hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
