Planning - Public Access and Pop-Up Blockers
Some operating systems and internet browsers have a built in 'pop-up' blocker to stop unwanted website pop-up windows from opening on your computer.
This may affect our PublicAccess service as some options are designed to open in pop-up windows, for example the help screen or the results of a map search.
You will need to change your pop-up blocker settings so that PublicAccess's pop-up windows will open.
There are different ways you can do this - by disabling the pop-up blocker or lowering the level of security. The recommended option though is to add the PublicAccess website address to your list of 'Allowed Sites'.
