FAST-TRACK Search
North East Derbyshire District Council is promoting a new ‘Fast-Track’ service for the processing of official Local Authority Searches.
This new service is an addition to the existing Local Authority Search service which has a turnaround time of 10 full working days.
The Fast-Track service will guarantee to send you the results of your Local Authority search within three working days of receipt. A Fast Track request can be submitted by post or by email and will be processed within 3 days if is received by 12 noon. If a search is received after 12 noon, the 3 day period will begin the following day.
You can download the Fast-Track form below and send it to landcharges@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk or post it to the address at the foot of the page.
Fast track applications must be accompanied by an email address to make sure that we meet the 3 day target by emailing the search results to you.
The charge for the Fast Track service is £140.00, Card payment can be made by telephoning the numbers below or a cheque can be sent to the Planning Support and Land Charges team at the address shown below.
