North East Derbyshire Greenprint - Adopted 29/10/2008
North East Derbyshire Greenprint: Adopted 29/10/08 and updated 1/06/10
We hope that the North East Derbyshire Greenprint will be used by Local Strategic Partnerships, conservation groups, businesses and local communities to identify what they can do to help their local wildlife.
A copy of the Greenprint can be downloaded below.
The Greenprint translates both UK and Local Biodiversity Action Plans (BAPs) to a district level. It identifies local priority habitats and species, setting out detailed targets and action plans for achieving them.
The document contains background information, objectives and targets for the habitats and species selected as priorities for North East Derbyshire. It also contains a separate action plan that identifies the work needed to meet the objectives and targets set for each habitat and species.
