Housing Associations Partners

North East Derbyshire has links with the Housing Associations which have housing in our area. Housing Associations are 'Registered Social Landlords' not private landlords. 

They provide housing, including Shared Ownership properties, in much the same way as councils do and are non-profit organisations. 
 
We are able to nominate people on our waiting list to the Housing Association waiting list or you can register directly with them.
