New Development for Affordable Housing
Gorse Valley Road, Winsick
William Davis Developments are working in partnership with Derwent Living (Registered Provider) to construct 30 new affordable homes incorporating energy saving features.
Work commenced on the new development at Gorse Valley Road, Winsick on 07th March 2011 with the rental properties due to be completed in April 2012.
There will be 17 properties for rent, which will be managed by Derwent Living, consisting of:
- 5 x 2 bedroomed houses
- 7 x 3 bedroomed houses
- 4 x 4 bedroomed houses
- 1 x Learning Disability bungalow
The remaining 13 Shared Ownership properties will consist of:
- 2 x 2 bedroomed houses
- 11 x 3 bedroomed houses
To rent one of the above properties you will need to complete an application form to register with Choice Move which will enable you to place bids for the properties.
Application forms can downloaded from the Choice Move website or collect one from from an Area Housing Office or One Stop Shop.
There will be updates on this site throughout the development stages to keep you informed of the progress; however it is advisable to register with Choice Move as soon as possible to gain waiting time on the register.
