Ben Bailey Homes are working in partnership with Waterloo Housing Group (registered provider) to construct 11 new affordable homes.
There will be 7 properties for rent, which will be managed by Waterloo Housing Group consisting of:
- 1 x 3 bedroomed house
- 6 x 2 bedroomed houses
The remaining 4 will be shared ownership and will consist of:
- 2 x 2 bedroomed houses
- 2 x 3 bedroomed houses
The completion date for the properties is forecast to be in June 2012, however there will be updates on this site throughout the development stages to keep you informed of the progress.
To rent one of the above properties you will need to complete an application form to register with Choice Move which will enable you to place bids for the properties, it is advisable to register as soon as possible to gain waiting time on the register.
Application forms can be downloaded from the Choice Move website or can be collected from an Area Housing Office or One Stop Shop.
