Welcome to our Online Licence Search for North East Derbyshire.
You can use the search to find details of the following type of licensing application:
Premises licence
This approves premises to be used for activities such as selling/supplying alcohol, late night refreshments or providing entertainment.
Personal licence
This authorises an individual to sell or supply alcohol (in connection with a premises licence)
Club premises certificate
This allows clubs to buy alcohol in bulk and supply it back to members e.g. working men's clubs, sports and social clubs etc.
Notification of interest in premises
A person with an interest in any property in our area (e.g. freeholder etc.) can register their interest with us and be notified of any licensing matters in connection with those premises.

How to find what you are looking for
Our licensing records are held in several different registers (attached below) each containing multiple records, but you can search them all at the same time.
Finding the right register
Enter a reference number, name or address in the search box to search across all our records. Results will be shown in a list so just click on the title of your choice and select 'Download' to open up the document.
Searching through a register
Entries are listed alphabetically, either by the name of the establishment or the name of the licensee. The register will have opened as a PDF document in a new window or tab. You can browse through the contents or use the 'Find' tool at the top of the page to go to the specific entry that you are interested in.
Can't find what you're after?
If you are sure that a licence exists and are unable to find it, or if you are having any problems using our online register search please contact our Customer Services Team (details below).
Some types of licence are not covered by this register search - for more information please contact us. You can inspect our other public registers at our Saltergate offices during normal office hours (details below), an appointment isn't necessary but might save you having to wait to be seen.
