Aqua Jog
Aqua Jogging is exactly what it sounds like - it’s jogging ... in the water!
If you love the water, aqua jogging is a great alternative to going for a run to help you stay in shape.
Can you swim?
Aqua jog is suitable for all abilities. If you can't swim - or if you're not very confident in the water - we have 'aqua jogging belts' to help you stay afloat.
How to aqua jog
It sounds simple, because it is simple! You simply jog - under water. This provides a no-impact workout that exercises the same muscles as if you were running on land. It's a great workout.
You can hold on to the sides of the pool if you want - but you can also aqua jog hands-free for a more intense workout. This will make it slightly harder to stay afloat, and will increase your overall workout.
Due to the overwhelming success of the Aqua Jog sessions so far, sessions will remain as follows below.
