Dronfield Cardio Club
Dronfield Cardio Club is based at Dronfield Sports Centre and meets every Monday between 10.30am - 12noon.
The club is available for the benefit of its members to overcome the problems following Cardiac complaints and Cardiac surgery. Membership is open to any person with a cardiac related problem and their carers. Visit the Dronfield Cardio Club web page.
The aim of the club is to support each other, to encourage lifestyle changes which promote improvements in general health and to promote programmes of exercise for coronary fitness. The club is affiliated to the British Heart Foundation.
The club has a full calendar of events throughout the year to promote friendship and support including Visits to local attractions, Meetings, Walks, Lectures, fitness classes, Indoor Bowls and other social events.
