Monday
7.30am to 9.00am - General swimming session
1.30pm to 2.30pm - Aquajog Session
12 noon to 3.45pm - Fitness Swimming - 3 lanes
8.15pm to 9.15pm - Aquacise and deep end swimming
Tuesday
10.30am to 11.30am - Aquajog Session
11.30am to 1.15pm - Fitness Swimming - 2 lanes
7.15pm to 8.15pm - Swimfit Lane Swimming - 3 lanes
Alternate Tuesdays we have extended our lane swimming to 6 lanes from 8.15pm to 9pm
Wednesday
10.00am to 11.00am - Aquacise (No sessions during school holidays)
12 noon to 1.15pm - Fitness Swimming, 2 lanes
7.15pm to 8.15pm - Women Only Swimming (3 lanes plus half pool for casual swimming)
9.15pm to 10.00pm - Adults Only (2 lanes closed 9.15pm to 9.45pm for swimming club)
9.15pm to 10.00pm - Adults Only (2 lanes closed 9.15pm to 9.45pm for swimming club)
Thursday
9.00am to 10.00am - Women Only Swimming
(changes to Adults Only during school holidays)
12 noon to 1.15pm - Fitness Swimming - 2 lanes
7.00pm to 8.15pm - Lane Swimming (full pool)
Friday
11.30am to 3.45pm - Fitness Swimming - 2 lanes
Saturday
12 noon to 2.45pm - Lane Swimming - 2 lanes
Sunday
3.00pm to 4.15pm - Lane Swimming 3 lanes
