NEDDC - Gym Induction

Before using our gyms and fitness suite facilities you need to complete an induction session.

The one-off induction includes an introduction to the equipment from our fully trained instructors, to ensure that you get the most out of our facilities in a safe and healthy way.

The induction costs £10 and will take approximately 45 minutes.
