Environmental Policy
North East Derbyshire District Council Leisure Services are committed to providing and maintaining our Leisure facilities to operate within environmental guidelines and to a responsible energy management system. We will ensure that sustainability is a key feature of future service development plans.
We have a good record of effective management of energy in our sports centres and our operational methods are designed to minimise impact on the environment.
We are still working to improve our current energy management systems to develop a more sustainable way of life and reduce operating costs.
