Our Just do More! Discount package has two strands – the Leisure Pass and the Concessionary Pass.
All applicants must live within the North East Derbyshire District Council area, and there is a nominal fee to join (ask at reception).
Just do More! Discount (Leisure Pass)
To qualify you must be currently receiving Council Tax Benefit or Housing Benefit, and be:
• Aged 60 or over,
• Suffering ill-health and have been advised to exercise by your doctor,
• A full-time student (aged 16 or over),
• Unemployed or on a low income, or
• Disabled
This gives access to most activities at a reduced cost, and some of your dependants may also be eligible.
Just do More! Discount (Concessionary Pass)
You do not need to be in receipt of Council Tax Benefit or Housing Benefit, but to qualify you must be:
• Aged 60 or over,
• Suffering ill-health and have been advised to exercise by your doctor, or
• A full-time student (aged 16 or over)
This gives access to swimming and the fitness suites at a reduced cost. Dependants do not
qualify.
You will be asked to provide proof of your circumstances when applying for a JDM Discount package - see below for details.
How to apply
You can apply online, but will need to bring in proof of eligibility and your payment. If you prefer, you can fill apply in person at one of our centres, details below.
