Kick start the week with this very popular class that gives you an all round, varied workout at a low/medium impact level enabling all levels of fitness to enjoy!!!
Young at Heart With Mark
A great class specially aimed at the over 50's so there's no excuse to not keep fit and healthy. This class is low impact.
Aerobics With Mark/Lisa
Take a small step up and enjoy this medium impact class. This class is also very popular and is an ideal opportunity keep in shape.
Aquacise with Tanya
Due to popular demand its here!! Make sure you take this ideal opportunity to join this new class. Remember! This class takes place in the swimming pool so don't forget
your costume.
Zumba with Ruth
A popular aerobic session that combines aerobics with dancing - easy to learn and loads of fun! Monday morning 10.30 am - 11.30 am and Thursday evening 6.00 pm - 7.00 pm.
New Zumba Toning Class
A Latin inspired dance 'n' tone programme that shapes and sculptures all the target zones including arms, abs and thighs.
New Legs, Bums & Tums
Help is at hand with a new Legs, Bums & Tums class at Sharley Park - A fun filled workout to tone up those "important bits", lose weight and keep fit. Starts Wednesday the 18th of January 2012 7.00pm - 8.00pm
