Sport X was initially set up for young people who live in and around the Eckington area to give them sporting opportunities and provide the area with after school club activities and provide out of school hours child care.
Our main aims are to:
- Increase participation in Sport in the area
- Stimulate fuller use of our existing facilities to serve the needs of young people
- Raise the standards of Sports Performance
The following pages give a detailed account on all of the activities that we offer to young people including costs and times. They can be accessed through the navigation list on the left hand side of the page.
At Sport X we are committed to providing the best sports service in the area for the youth of today.
All of the activities that Sport X offer are run in partnership with Eckington Swimming Pool this is were all bookings are made for activities and were enrolment takes place.
And for the project to work we need a high standard of capable and committed coaches and we have:
