Order (Civil Enforcement And Consolidation) Order 2009
The effect of the above Order is the control of misuse of designated disabled bays, parking on hatched areas and yellow lines, not parking in marked spaces, and causing an obstruction in the applicable car parks. Applicable car parks include:

- Holmgate Road, Clay Cross
- Eyre Street, Clay Cross
- No 1. Market Street, Clay Cross
- No 2. Market Street, Clay Cross
- Sharley Park Leisure Centre, Market Street, Clay Cross
- Holmegate Road, Clay Cross
- Callywhite Lane, Dronfield
- Dronfield Sports Centre, Farwater Lane, Dronfield
- Greendale Shopping Centre, Dronfield
- Soaper Lane, Dronfield
- Eckington Pool, Gosber Street, Eckington
- Pinfold Street, Eckington
- Market Street, Eckington
Any person contravening this Order will be liable to an excess charge.
