Public Toilets Closure
We no longer run or manage any Public Conveniences
The public toilets provided by North East Derbyshire District Council were closed from 1st April 2008. The Council managed nine public toilets in the district which cost tax payers £130,000 a year to run.
The decision to close the toilets follows a review of services provided by the Council which needed to make savings in order to balance the budget and avoid cuts to frontline services such as refuse collection, street cleansing and grounds maintenance.
