On Friday 24th November from 4pm till 8pm, Dronfield will officially switch on its Christmas lights.
Dronfield Town Council will also be gearing up for a fun-filled night in the Library Gardens featuring festive entertainment in addition to the big switch-on.
The event will start at 4pm when everyone can enjoy a host of festive stalls selling arts and crafts, and seasonal gifts in the Civic Hall and a special visit from Santa, courtesy of Dronfield Rotary Club prior to the official switch-on of the lights, which will take place at 6pm.
If that was not enough, the merriness continues over in Dronfield Hall barn and the Peel Centre where there will be a Christmas market held with local artists and makers selling artisanal gifts and decorations and local businesses will be opening for late-night shopping.
Don’t miss this festive tradition – mark your calendars and we hope to see you there!.
