Landlords and Tenants Help - COVID-19 Support

The COVID-19 Pandemic has been an incredibly difficult time for tenants and landlords. The Government won’t provide further protections after 20th September 2020.

Rent arrears caused by the Pandemic could lead to a homeless crisis, but there is help available for tenants and landlords. We need Landlords to seek help now before you consider ending the tenancy for your tenants due to rent arrears caused by the pandemic.

We need Tenants to get help now if you think you may be at risk of losing your home.

Option 1

Landlords can approach Call B4 U Serve hosted by Derby City Council for support and advice. They can offer a number of solutions to get the tenancy back on track without resorting to costly legal action.
