Guidance for Applicants and Licence Holders

To drive a taxi or private hire vehicle in North East Derbyshire you will need to:-

• Hold a Combined Hackney Carriage/ Private Hire Driver’s Licence
• Have access to a licensed Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle
• Work for a North East Derbyshire District Council licensed Private Hire Operator
