Infrastructure Funding Statement

The Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations (2010) require the council to prepare and publish an Infrastructure Funding Statement every year.  This should set out information on financial contributions the council has secured through section 106 agreements from new developments for infrastructure and affordable housing.

Infrastructure Funding Statement 2021-22 (.pdf | 994kb) covers the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.

In summary, the statement provides information on:

  • the s106 developer contributions paid to the council before and during 2021/22;
  • the s106 developer contributions spent during 2021/22 including those transferred to other organisations outside of the Council for them to spend; and
  • the Council’s future spending priorities on infrastructure for the District including details of the potential S106 developer contributions to be provided under planning obligations entered into during 2021/22.
