Swimming

Please note, during the summer holidays there are changes to our normal swimming timetable on Monday & Wednesday afternoons due to the aquafun sessions. You can find out more on our holiday webpage.

Our pools are available for casual swimming throughout the week.

See when we are available by going on our Eckington Swimming Timetable (.pdf | 1mb). Why not take a look at our swimming Price List 2024 also available to view online.

We have a main swimming pool (25m x 12.5m)

  • General swimming available to all - General swimming is available throughout the week all year round, regardless of age or ability! You can go at your own pace and enjoy the pool.
  • Lane Swimming - We have the lanes up to separate you from the other swimmers, comprising of slow/medium & fast, so you can have more freedom to achieve your swimming goals in a lane. This saves on worrying about hitting traffic!
  • Aquacise and Aquajog classes - Aquacise and Aquajog classes are bespoke classes designed to help you keep fit, but in a low impact, water filled environment!
  • Parent & Baby sessions - Ensure that bond with the little one is that much stronger, and give them a taste of being in the pool for the first time. This is the perfect entry for you and your baby to enjoy the water in a safe environment.
  • Bigsplash Aquafun - Wet and wild fun for all the family, featuring the giant pool inflatable obstacle course. Children under 8 yrs must be accompanied by an adult. Please note the inflatable is in deep water so those using it must be a competent swimmer and able to swim at least two lengths. Entry tickets go on sale 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
