Please note that the planning pre-application service will be suspended until 02 September 2024. From that date, we will be commencing a chargeable pre-application service, in line with the details approved by Cabinet at its meeting on 18 July 2024. The planning pages of the Council’s website will be updated by 02 September, including a facility to apply and pay for your pre-application enquiry online.
Officers will continue to provide responses to pre-application submissions that were submitted up to and including 18 July 2024.
We will continue to respond to enquiries in relation to whether planning permission is required for householder development as normal (i.e. those submitted via Householder Enquiry Form - Introduction - Section 1 - customer - Self Service (ne-derbyshire.gov.uk))
